To celebrate Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth’s 91st Birthday, we will be celebrating The Viking way with a huge Summer party out in the garden on Saturday 10th June.

Admittedly, being British has its high’s and low’s. It’s a little grey at times since it rains approximately 80% of the time, we tend to spend a good chunk of our lives queuing and we’re best known by others for our fish, chips, mushy peas and compulsive tea drinking habits.

Luckily, there’s more strings to our bow than many know and we’ve carefully selected the best of British for you in preparation for The Queen’s Birthday bash!
We would like to invite you to share the day with us and our selection of Liverpool’s finest acts, to entertain you and the whole family. Along with a cracking line-up, you can indulge in our best ever ‘made in England’ food & drinks specials from award-winning British suppliers we know, love and trust. What’s not to love?!

We’ve got a jam-packed programme of live musicians throughout the day with sets from John Wynne, Swinging Bricks, plus DJ sets and more still to be announced to keep feet and hips moving all day. It’s not to be missed, so watch this space!

If the way to your heart is via your stomach, we’ve also got a one-off BBQ menu which will be sizzling from the garden straight to your table all afternoon and a bake-off competition to identify West Kirby’s Mary Berry!

We boast an impressive eclectic spirit and wine list, which we love nothing more than sharing with you. So much so, that for our royal celebration we have three dedicated tents for prosecco, gin and wine tasting for your drinking pleasure!

Whilst you sip, we have face painting all day and two performers joining us from our sister restaurant, masters in entertainment, Albert’s Schloss in Manchester to keep the little ones occupied. As ever, play time is always welcomed and encouraged at The Viking, especially down on our very own Viking Ship.

We can’t wait to see you there, book now to join the party!
